Been a while...
Oh geez it's been quite sometime now since I have posted anything. I've thought about it on occasion but never followed through. Why I don't have a clue. Anyway it's January 29, 2012 and as of January 18th I was officially 41. Wow. I don't feel it though and I guess that is a good thing or could be bad because I can act a little immature sometimes in all areas. That is another story. For now this blog is to help me get through something for the next 2 months, and that is losing weight. I need help big time. My goal is to lose 25 lb. That is 3 lb. a week. How can I not be able to accomplish that? 3 is nothing, yea okay who am I kidding. It is going to be tough as hell and I figured if I keep a diary on here that having this out in the open and checking in every night on how my day went it might help me along. For now my blog will be about losing weight. Boring to some I know but I think a lot of my eating comes from stress. I need to eliminate that along with my weight. Writing I think will be the best way to get through it.
