Dancin flames...

Today I spent the day with my babies. One sick with a viral infection of some sort(so the doctor tells me). High fever, aches, pains, the whole nine yards. No antibiotics given so we will just have to ride this one out. Feels like it's taking forever. The other baby I kept home for moral support. They had a half day for teacher conferences and it was a bone chilling -16 below, so with that being said I felt like there was no need to explain the particulars to anyone. Anyway here we sit in front of our fire watching the dancing flames and talking about anything that pops into our minds ranging everywhere from who is God's wife to is Bobby Mackeys bar really haunted.

In between I also had the chance to read some posts from some bloggers on here and I am realizing that people blog about anything and everything. I've read about the acacia tree in Kenya and a loaded plate of nachos that were made for supper last night. The pictures that are posted with these blogs are absolutely amazing. I feel like I'm almost there with all of you and I thank you for that, for taking me away to a place I will probably never have the opportunity to experience in this lifetime. Hopefully I will be able to repay you with my writings one day. I have a lot to learn about blogging, but for now I'm just going to take it day by day and let my thoughts and fingers go where ever they take me.
